The following shipping conditions apply:

Shipping within Germany takes place Monday through Wednesday, and international shipping takes place Monday through Tuesday. This is to avoid any delays due to the weekend.

There's no need to order winter packaging separately, as we provide winter-proof packaging for cold temperatures. This also includes a 72-hour heat pack.

You are also welcome to pick up your plants in store. Simply select the "Pickup" option when checking out your order.

We reserve the right to postpone shipping indefinitely if weather conditions in summer and winter are unfavorable for shipping plants.
